The USO goes where the troops need us most
As a part of the USO team, you’ll be working on the front lines of supporting our nation’s military. USO employees work with, and for, service members, directly impacting the lives of the military and their families with their daily work and with their commitment to doing whatever is needed to get the job done.
Working for the USO is not for everyone. Days can be long, the locations remote (and occasionally dangerous) and you may sometimes be separated from friends and family, just like the troops you support. But at the end of the day, it is the work that keeps us going. Our entire organization’s culture is centered around the knowledge that our work is for our service members – and we carry that responsibility with us every day, in over 275 locations around the world.
